Guideline
Those who wish to submit a paper are required to submit the Abstract by 23:59 of February 28.2025, Japan Standard Time (GMT+9).
Please follow the instructions below for Abstract Submission.
Deadline of Abstract Submission
23:59 of February 28.2025, Japan Standard Time (GMT+9)
Please note that after 23:59 of February 28, abstract submission through the server will automatically be closed and submissions will no longer be concidered.
The Internet line is prospected to be busy just before the deadline, so we recommend that you submit your abstracts early.

Submission of Abstract
Please use the same log-in ID for Registration and Abstract submission.
The Secretariat bears no responsibility for any problems in the process of Abstracts submission caused by the computer environment of the user.
Instructions on Preparation of ABSTRACT
- We recommend that you save your abstract on your computer and have it ready to copy & paste.
*The Abstract text must not exceed 200 words.
After entering all the required information of the authors and the abstract itself, please copy your already saved abstract and paste it to the text-entry field. - Please use HTML codes to format the text.
Please turn to the Next page, and confirm your submitted information. - If you need to correct the information, please click the "Back" button at the bottom of the page to correct it.
If the registered information is fine, please click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to complete your submission. - You can edit the abstract after submission until the deadline of abstract submission.
Please note that submissions without payment by March 15, 2025, will be deleted.
Acceptance will be noticed in early March, 2025
Please do not close your browser until your submission is complete, otherwise the entered information will not be saved.
Please note that the Secretariat is not responsible for mistakenly input contents of your submission, so please carefully check the information until the submission deadline.

Once you click on the Next button, you can confirm the registered content.
If there are no mistakes in the content registered, please click on the Register button.
You will see the submission Receipt No, when the submission is complete.
