Guideline for Oral Presentations
- The presentation times are as follows:
Keynote lecture: 30 min (including Q&A and speaker transitions)
Invited lecture: 25 min (including Q&A and speaker transitions)
Contributed lecture: 10 min (7 min talk, 2 min Q&A, 1 min speaker transition) - Presenters are kindly requested to check in your laptop to the staff at stage left (Main Hall) during the break or at least 30 min prior to your scheduled talk.
- HDMI and USB Type-C connections are available.
- Please bring a USB flash drive containing your presentation file (PDF, PowerPoint or Keynote) in case of any unexpected problems with your laptop.
- If you will NOT use your own laptop, please upload your file to the session laptops (Windows or Mac) in advance. For Mac users, both PowerPoint and Keynote can be used.

- The presenter must be an author of the poster and a registered attendee.
- Poster Sessions will be held in Exhibition Hall A (1F) and Hall B (3F) at Miyako Messe.
Poster Format:
The allocated space per poster is approximately 900 mm × 2100 mm. There are no specific format restrictions, while A0 size is recommended. Please ensure that your poster does not exceed the allocated space, especially large landscape posters, which may extend beyond the board.
The ‘title’ and ‘authors’ should be clearly displayed in large print across the top of the poster.
Poster Display and Removal:
All posters must be displayed during lunchtime on the day of the presentation and removed at the end of the same day.

Any posters remaining after the end of the session day will be removed and temporarily stored by the organizers. The posters not collected will be discarded. Pushpins will be available in the poster hall. Please return the pins after removing your poster.
Any posters not verified at check-in prior to display will be removed from the session.
